It features a round base formed in Iron with exposed nickel that give excellent weight and stability to the lamp. From the base rises a slender cylinder finished in off-white enamel from which the head of the lamp extend and articulates, emerging from a curved nickel rod that inserts into a fitting on the cylindrical support. The head of this Studio lamps features barn-door style hinged reflectors, allowing one to adjust the direction and intensity of light emitting from the bulbs while adding a sophisticated sensibility to the lamp.
