This striking and well proportioned Mid-Century Modernist Rectilinear Floor Lamp in Brass & Black Enamel originates from Italy, Circa 1970. Features a vertical profile resting on a low profile rectilinear black enamel base, with a towering body in polished brass. Rectangular in overall form, the lamp has two flat planes devoid of detailing on each wider side, with a geometric vertical zip of negative space achieved by angular bends in the brass on each narrow side. Subtle and beautifully utilizing the materials and geometric characteristics of Mid-Century Modernist design, this floor lamp will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, and in Good Vintage Condition.
