This rare and intricately designed Mid-Century Modernist "Triennale" Floor Lamp by Gino Sarfartti for Arredoluce originates from Italy, C.1958. Features a tripod base with a cylindrical body in chrome that rise to sculptural hinges that articulate the three extending arms of the lamp, with shades in enameled aluminum in black and white enameled aluminum. These hinges have stunning attention to detail and allow for careful adjustment of the height and angle, with an additional hinge allowing for articulation of the shades. A function and brilliantly designed piece, this floor lamp will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Has been newly rewired to American Standards and accommodates three Edison base bulbs achieving up to 300 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
