Art Nouveau Amber Glass Moser Vase
Art Nouveau Amber Glass Moser Vase
This elegant and sophisticated Art Nouveau Vase/ vessel was realized by the esteemed studio of Moser in Czechoslovakia circa 1910. It features an elongated hexagonal shape in amber tinted glass. The exterior offers a wealth of neoclassical forms- including foliate forms that create recurrent chevron patterns and stylized floral motifs- painted onto the surface in marigold hued pigment. With its graphic, sculptural silhouette and beautiful attention to detail, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling. It would be a winning addition to any style of interior from traditional to contemporary. It is signed on the base and is in excellent vintage condition.
