This elegant pair of Mid Century Modern sconces were realized by the esteemed Italian maker Mazzega in Murano, Italy circa 1970. They feature ovoid shades in translucent Murano glass with white opaque centers attached to a lustrous chrome frame. With their beautiful handblown glass, monochromatic palate and clean modernist lines, these sconces are as versatile as they are aesthetically pleasing, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Mid Century Modern to contemporary. They have been recently rewired to American standards and are in excellent vintage condition. They accommodate Edison based bulbs, offering up to 200 watts of light for the pair.
