This stunning pair of Mid Century Modern stools were realized in the United States circa 1970. They feature a rounded rectangular back that extends to the floor with a volumetric cylindrical form nestled in the inside of the curve. With its austere geometric silhouette and clean modernist lines, these stools/ chairs would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. While they represent perfectly functional seating, they are also beautiful design pieces that could be presented as stand alone objects in a modernist interior. They have been newly reupholstered in a luxurious slate mohair and restored to mint condition.
