Cobra Chair in Curved Chrome & White Leather by Giotto Stoppino
Cobra Chair in Curved Chrome & White Leather by Giotto Stoppino
This Cobra chair is designed by Giotto Stoppino and originates from Italy, circa 1970. A standout example of mid-century modernist design, this chair is constructed of a single piece of aluminum that forms the base, seat and back. The amazing upholstery is executed in a stunning Off White Holly Hunt Leather. The chair has a single piece of curvilinear aluminum in a sculptural and graceful serpentine design, self contained and yet filled with movement and flare, coiled in serene tension reminiscent of a cobra tenuous preparing its strike. Beautifully open form and minimal, it will serve as an excellent addition to a wide array of interiors, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Post-Modern Design. In Mint Restored Condition.
