Art Deco Hand Rubbed Oak Pedestal with Exotic Green Rotating Marble Top
Art Deco Hand Rubbed Oak Pedestal with Exotic Green Rotating Marble Top
This Art Deco Pedestal originated from the United States Circa 1940 and brings along with it the design sensibility of the time. Realized in gorgeous Oak Wood with Exotic Green Marble, the body of the pedestal is detailed in rectangular beveled trim with rounded and beveled accents along the four column form supporting legs, meeting the floor with rounded supports. Near the top edge of the pedestal on each of the four corners rest hand carved foliate accents. These support an exotic green marble top that rotates gently to display from all angles an artwork or accessory of your choice. A gorgeous example of the period, this piece will style fabulously in a variety of interiors from classic Deco to contemporary. It is in mint restored condition.
