This glamorous yet reserved Mid-Century Modernist Six Arm Chandelier in Brass, Glass, and Antiqued Mirror originates from France, Circa 1950. Featuring a brass laticework frame of intersecting curves and right angles, round transparent glass disks denote transitions in the piece, from which candle form lights rise from each arm and are diffused with custom fitted black silk shades. The bottom of the Chandelier is fitted with a circular antiqued mirror element with scalloped edge, tying together the clear glass and brass elements of the Chandelier. The piece hangs from a brass rod with additional circular clear glass elements, rising to a bell form canopy also in brass. This elegant Mid-Century Chandelier will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards and with a height that can be adjusted to suit, this piece takes six bayonet bulbs achieving up to 360 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
