This stunning Mid-Century Modern chandelier was realized in Austria circa 1970 by the esteemed studio of Kinkeldey. It features a circular canopy in black enamel with polished chrome center five staggered shades hang via black silk cord. The shades are composed of translucent faceted glass that attach to cylindrical polished chrome bodies. With its subtle dynamism and monochromatic color palate, this fixture is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent vintage condition. The height can be adjusted to suit. The fixture accommodates five candelabra based bulbs offering up to 300 watts of light.
