This exquisite Mid-Century Modernist Hand-Blown Murano Glass Five Arm Chandelier with Rostrato Detailing by Barovier Y Toso originates from Italy, Circa 1945. Features a beautiful rostrato motif adorning each element of the piece. The piece has a large bottom shade serving as a basin from which five curvilinear arms extend, supporting gorgeous shades that diffuse the light with glittering detail and brilliance. The central glass rod has rostrato detailing spaced at regular intervals, as well as a flawless glass canopy. A technique pioneered by Barovier Y Toso, this distinctive chandelier shows the brilliant technique and material quality of hand-blown murano glass. A beautiful fixture that will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
