This stunning monumental torchiere was designed by High Style Deco and hand blown in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for its superlative glass production. The torchiere features a concave subtly domed base; alternating ovoid and spherical reeded amber glass embellishments separated by translucent gold bands with 24 kt yellow gold flecks; and an urn form shade also in amber glass in a translucent gold hue. With its traditionally inspired form and bold monumental scale (standing at over six feet tall) this torchiere promises to add a dramatic presence to any interior from traditional to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition.
