This beautifully designed hand wrought Modernist Sterling Silver Sauce Boat with Ebony Handle is made by Allan Adler and originates from the United States circa 1950. Well scaled and elegantly formed in sterling silver, the handle is attached to the body of the piece with an elegant minimal fitting, where it then gradually tapers outwards ending with a flat pommel. This piece is a part of Adler's well known Town & Country pattern.
